Starting from 17th of May 2018 a new e-mail address (email@example.com), which may be used only for accepting requests from persons wishing to apply for a national visa in order to work in Poland will be operating. Requests will be accepted every Thursday between 9am and 2pm (Indian time). Any other type of correspondence sent to this e-mail address will not be answered.
Applicants willing to apply for a national visa (work) should send an e-mail from their own e-mail address to firstname.lastname@example.org on a Thursday between 9am and 2pm (Indian time) with the following information:
1. name and surname,
2. passport number,
4. work permit number,
5. mobile/land line contact number.
It is obligatory to attach to the e-mail scanned copies of the first passport page and work permit.
From 17th May 2018 onwards, every Thursday the first 250 persons who send their request for registration along with all necessary data, next day will obtain a personal date and time for document submission in the Consular Office of the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi for the following week. Acceptance of the request will be confirmed by a return e-mail from the Consular Office with an instruction on a further procedure (“fill-in form” in the e-konsulat).
Applicants who don’t receive a return e-mail from the consular office will be able to use the new registration system the following week.
Regular registration for visa applications will be still available on regular basis through e-konsulat system.
